Use & Care

Wash it well with dish soap after each use, dry it well, and store it in a well-ventilated place. You can use bleach to remove the persistent stains; however, please do not soak it in bleach water for an extended period.

It is compatible with a UV sterilization cabinet. Exposure to UV rays for a long period of time might change the color, but it won't deteriorate the quality.

You can sanitize it with hot water. When you apply hot water to the board's surface, please set the temperature lower than 90℃ and apply it on both sides to prevent warping.

Please do not put it in a dishwasher or dish dryer. The high-temperature heat from the washing and drying cycle may soften the board and cause it to warp.

Please do not place it near the fire or put freshly cooked hot food or hot saucepans on it to prevent it from warping. Furthermore, please place it in a straight, upright position when storing it. Leaning on one side may cause warping or deformation.
